About Capitol City
NTrak
Our club is a loose
knit organization with the main goal being to have fun! After all, isn't
that what a hobby is all about?
The club is structured as follows;
 | No formal officers,
the members make all decisions as a group |
| Meet once a month
(or as needed) at a members house to either work on modules/layouts, hold
a mini-clinic or just socialize and talk trains |
| No dues! (We may
eventually institute a small, one time membership fee so the club can
purchase a DCC system) |
| Build a module or 2
or 3 (or don't and just come to public and/or private shows and run trains)
|
| No mandatory rules,
attendance or anything |
| Above all else,
have fun! |
